Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technology adoption patterns across AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with C-suite executives to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author white papers and policy briefs for federal innovation councils on emerging tech governance
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using quantum-aided analytics
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' summit showcasing 2026-ready innovations
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Tomorrow's Leaders' program
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global innovation accelerators
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years of innovation strategy experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI alignment
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or technology forecasting platforms
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools and quantum simulation platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS certification preferred)
