Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) with strategic impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen digital products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate market shifts and disruptive forces
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through stakeholder alignment and compelling value propositions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record launching products/services with 5-year+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, blockchain, biotech, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Futures Methodology preferred
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, environmental, and ethical disruptors post-2025
