Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists through end-to-end innovation cycles
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and develop implementation frameworks
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget and manage vendor/partner ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress through our proprietary Impact Analytics platform
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong portfolio showcasing 2026-focused projects or thought leadership
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking, or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
