Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends (Harvard/MIT/Silicon Valley pedigree preferred)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc) or equivalent demonstrable impact
- Experience with federal innovation grants and DARPA-style project management
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized innovations with global impact
