- Oversee patent portfolio development targeting 50+ new intellectual property filings
- Direct cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and sustainability experts
- Present strategic roadmap to C-suite and board with quarterly ROI projections
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at director/VP level
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Strategic certification from Harvard/MIT or equivalent executive education
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets with 90%+ project success rate
- Deep network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Davos, CES, etc.)
