Responsibilities

- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the development pipeline and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure rapid delivery of future-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
