Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
