Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through quarterly horizon scanning sessions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive intelligence reports
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and trend extrapolation
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across departments
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech) and their business applications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
