Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' report for executive and investor audiences
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
