Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership with proven 5+ year strategic planning cycles
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or spatial computing
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future-forward technologies
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ in high-growth tech environments
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
