Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for frontier research
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and societal implications of emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals and ROI modeling
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech methodologies and sustainable innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in future-strategy roles (post-2025 experience preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with peer-reviewed publications
- Advanced certification in Ethical AI Design and Global Technology Policy frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology patents or industry-disrupting innovations
- Fluency in future-trend forecasting methodologies and scenario-planning tools
