- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3+ concurrent projects
- Pioneer neural interface applications for human-machine symbiosis
- Collaborate with Stanford/MIT research institutions on patentable solutions
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos/WEF forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum/machine learning convergence
- Proven track record scaling tech from lab to commercial deployment
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 granted AI/quantum patents
- Experience securing SBIR grants or similar innovation funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
