Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Build robust, high-performance inference pipelines and vector databases to support RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
- Optimization: Optimize model latency and throughput for real-time deployment on edge devices and cloud infrastructures.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Ethical AI: Implement safety guardrails and ensure outputs align with ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, including experience with modern libraries like LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI API.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
