In this role, you won't just manage servers; you will design the nervous system of a self-evolving AI ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of deploying Agentic AI and neuromorphic computing architectures that scale across distributed cloud environments. Join us in building the sustainable, high-performance infrastructure required for the autonomous future.
Why join us?
- Work on cutting-edge projects that define the AI landscape of 2026 and beyond.
- Competitive equity package and top-tier healthcare benefits.
- Access to the latest hardware prototypes and research labs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for training and deploying large-scale Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into existing cloud-native architectures.
- Oversee the migration to decentralized edge computing nodes to reduce latency for real-time AI agents.
- Establish security protocols for autonomous systems and ensure compliance with evolving AI safety regulations.
- Collaborate with research scientists to optimize model inference speeds and reduce energy consumption by 40%.
- Develop roadmaps for infrastructure upgrades that support the rapid iteration cycles required for future AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects in best practices for distributed systems and container orchestration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with high-performance computing (HPC) clusters and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware or edge computing architectures is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems theory, data streaming (Kafka, Pulsar), and database sharding.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading cross-functional technical teams.
