Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent accreditation
