Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic vision through trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies and strategic foresight
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic shifts impacting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
