Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech trends
- Lead ideation sessions with stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact projects
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members with data-driven projections
- Oversee a team of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (e.g., Web3, AGI, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., Wharton Executive Education)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three market-defining innovations
