Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI and machine learning systems that scale with business growth.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to propose and integrate cutting-edge technologies relevant to the 2026 vision.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Develop and fine-tune deep learning models to ensure high accuracy and low latency in production environments.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of algorithm design and data structures.
