- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite investors and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic tech concepts to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/BCI)
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Patent portfolio demonstrating innovation excellence
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
