Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, spatial computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and manage an ecosystem of startup partnerships and academic collaborations
- Drive R&D investments in next-generation infrastructure and human-machine interfaces
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched in the last 5 years
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
