Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human needs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, industry, and governmental partnerships
- Create executive foresight reports translating complex data into actionable insights
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
