Qualifications
- 12+ years in strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of executing exponential growth strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ professionals across multiple disciplines
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
