- Spearhead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, engineering, and business units
- Present compelling innovation narratives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders and research institutions
- Monitor KPIs and ROI for innovation projects, iterating based on performance data
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or product development with proven 2026+ vision
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Track record of launching successful commercial innovations at scale
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
