Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-forward solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market inflection points
- Design impact roadmaps for climate-positive and human-centric technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation preferred
