Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce scenario-based strategic frameworks using quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive trends in AI, climate tech, and bio-innovation
- Manage a portfolio of proof-of-concept projects with $500K+ annual budgets
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven 2026+ planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Analysis)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in sustainability frameworks (e.g., SDGs, TCFD) and circular economy principles
- Proficiency in strategic foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across tech, finance, and government sectors
