Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (3+ examples)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, or sustainable techAdvanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futurism required
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
