- Translate foresight into actionable business models and go-to-market strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies (3+ major initiatives)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2026+ landscapes
- Strong background in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup methodologies
