Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and anticipate industry shifts through quantitative/qualitative research
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Foster partnerships with startups, academia, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
