- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design sustainable innovation ecosystems aligned with UN SDGs and circular economy principles
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and climate tech trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/lean innovation environments
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Certification in ethical AI or sustainable innovation frameworks preferred
