Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026 emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats in the 2026 tech landscape
- Develop go-to-market strategies for next-gen products with $50M+ revenue potential
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including investors and government agencies
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in high-impact domains
- Maintain competitive intelligence through partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Expertise in emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or nanotech)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
