Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0)
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite and technical teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and startups
- Translate future trends into actionable product development and investment priorities
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and external investors
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Strong analytical background with data-driven decision-making capabilities
