Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Document technical procedures and maintain support ticket systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
