Responsibilities

- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Present innovation strategies to the board and secure executive buy-in
- Manage innovation portfolio lifecycle from ideation to market launch
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or neural interface technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products ($10M+ revenue)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (2025-2030)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants and venture capital
