Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive technical roadmap for AI integration that aligns with company goals.
- Architect Enterprise Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems capable of handling massive data streams.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Identify emerging technologies (LLMs, GenAI, Predictive Analytics) and pilot them for 2026 deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, CTOs, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, guiding senior engineers and architects in best practices.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI strategies adhere to strict data privacy and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, computer vision, and MLOps.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term (5+ years) and translate abstract concepts into concrete architectural plans.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
