Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, etc.)
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives
