Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record leading successful tech transformations in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks
