Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with global market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions targeting 2026 market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neuro interfaces) and assess strategic integration opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI for 2026 initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and fail-fast methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation strategy with proven 5-year horizon planning success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of at least three market-defining innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Design Thinking methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience scaling innovation programs in multinational organizations (>5,000 employees)
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
