- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budgets through executive stakeholder presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and Fortune 50 innovation labs
- Author patentable frameworks for next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies generating $100M+ revenue
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals
- Expertise in federated learning, quantum cryptography, and synthetic biology
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global enterprises
- Hold 3+ patents in AI or quantum systems
