Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused projects
- Author thought leadership content on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech deployment
