Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, bio-engineering)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on future markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar strategic foresight credential preferred
