Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-forward solutions with engineering and design teams
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to embed future-proofing strategies into their innovation pipelines
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-tech symbiosis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation programs in high-growth environments
