Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging domains
- Design and implement strategic innovation frameworks for new market entry and product evolution
- Champion cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure innovation ROI and strategic impact
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present innovation insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering with 10+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex market signals
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
