Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future scenarios

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting

- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
