Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven sustainability solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
- Author white papers on disruptive technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering 3+ breakthrough market solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
