Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 10-year strategic planning
- Develop future scenarios and roadmaps for organizational evolution in 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development and market expansion
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build and maintain a network of industry pioneers, researchers, and innovation partners
- Mentor junior strategists in future forecasting methodologies and critical thinking
- Publish thought leadership content on emerging paradigms and their business implications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
