Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions for future market needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and global innovation hubs
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and thought leadership for industry publications
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in emerging technologies
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and social shifts affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in reputable industry journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and stakeholder engagements
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
