Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze market disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-planning into corporate strategy
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
- Manage a dedicated innovation lab with $5M+ annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
