Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Establish and maintain a strategic horizon-scanning ecosystem across global markets
- Champion exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their transformative potential
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, futurism, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their projected societal impacts by 2026
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects influencing organizational strategy
