Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market disruption through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution plans
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting global business landscapes
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
