Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces and emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce executive-ready trend reports translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term market trajectories
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture cutting-edge research
- Present future vision to C-suite and board members, securing buy-in for transformational initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies mastery
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
